Care Begins with Everyday Life

As populations around the world grow older, the need for practical everyday care grows with them. But care is never an abstract trend. It lives in the small realities of daily life.

Seeing the Needs Others Overlook

Before Akvsops existed, our team responded to the growing need for everyday care by offering practical products on Amazon for older adults, people with disabilities, and those who support them—from mobility and bathing aids to urine collection systems.

That work brought us closer to needs that are often overlooked but deeply felt: moving safely, managing personal care, and holding on to independence.

The Question That Started It All

In October 2024, we received our first inquiry about incontinence underwear. It was a brief question, but it made us pause and look more closely at a private, everyday need.

Similar questions from customers and care professionals followed. We began working on an answer—and, more importantly, listening to what wearers wanted.

Turning Conversations into Design

Our first women’s underwear designed for bladder leaks launched in March 2025, followed by our first men’s incontinence underwear in December 2025.

Feedback continued to shape the range. Women told us that all-black underwear felt dull, so we introduced color accents. Some wearers found brief-style leg openings uncomfortable at the upper thigh, so we developed boxer-style options.

Specific comments became real design decisions.

Giving Our Commitment a Name

As this work took shape, we realized it needed more than a series of product listings. It needed a brand with a clear and lasting focus.

That focus took the name Akvsops—pronounced “ACK-vee-sops”—and a commitment to keep improving incontinence underwear through ongoing conversation with the people who wear it.

More Control, Less Stigma

Our mission is to help people managing bladder leaks feel more in control of everyday life—and less defined by something so personal.

No one should feel embarrassed by bladder leaks or by choosing protection. We believe incontinence underwear should be dependable, discreet, comfortable, and designed to look and feel like an everyday choice—not a label.

That is why we keep listening. Every conversation helps us improve what we make and guides what Akvsops should explore next.
