Shipping rates and delivery time
Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or high-volume periods. We will help with shipping questions, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.

When will my order ship?
Most orders are prepared within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Sales and high-volume periods may add extra processing time.
How do I track my order?
After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Carrier tracking can take 24-48 hours to update after handoff.
Can I change my address or cancel?
Email cs@akvsops.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Once an order enters processing or ships, address changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.
What if tracking says delivered but I do not have the package?
Check your mailbox, porch, front desk, household members, neighbors, and carrier delivery notes first. If the package is still missing, email us with your order number, shipping address, and tracking number.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Akvsops orders ship in plain outer packaging. The outside of the package does not display sensitive product names, and the shipping label only includes information required for delivery.
Where do you ship?
At this time, Akvsops ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

Please do not send medical records, ID documents, or full payment-card information when contacting support. We only need details required to review your order or shipment.
